Impulses
that will
get you ahead.
I am happy to help you prepare for and design difficult meetings that you will be facilitating yourself. We discuss how best to deal with complex issues and different interest groups. I am also happy to do the facilitation myself.
We work on developing communication, collaboration and transparency of decision making in teams. Feedback helps to overcome interpersonal difficulties. Often related to a specific occasion. 1.5 – 2 days.
Regularly take time with your team to reflect on your team’s activities and actions, beyond business issues. This will help you avoid friction points and improve the quality of your collaboration and your results. 1.5 – 2 days, depending on the size of the team.
Through our conversation, my questions and our shared view on your issues, you will gain new perspectives, which will open up new opportunities. In many cases, this will lead to actionable recommendations.
I engage respectfully with your topics and needs. There is no value judgement of right or wrong.
We work on the agreed content and objectives, ensuring that everyone involved accepts and supports the outcome.
My consulting services include the design of your projects as well as the support of their implementation, taking into account the reactions of the environment in a solution-oriented way.
From the outset, you will have the opportunity to build and develop your facilitation skills through practical exercises with actionable feedback on behavior and structure. Including numerous examples from my personal experience. Modules of 3 days or 2 x 2 days.
You will experience the theory, mindset and application of Systemic Consultancy in a compact and practical way, also using many examples from my over thirty years of experience. Modules of 3 days or 2 x 2 days.
The topics covered in building mindfulness range from self-diagnosis and cultivating one’s own energy sources to active relationship management. IIncluding theory, self-reflection and lots of practical exercises. 3-day basic seminar, 2.5-day follow-up and in-depth work towards personal resilience.
You get personally applicable knowledge in a very practical way. We rehearse our actions and deepen the use of instruments and tools in the context of exercises, e.g., role-play. Practical case work mobilizes your resources so that all participants can learn from each example. New insights and skills emerge, as well as a new understanding of one’s own function.
In my trainings, you benefit from my many years of consultancy and my extensive coaching experience. Thus, your own experiences are enhanced by examples from other executives, companies, industries and functions.
In my coaching sessions, you will develop your way of dealing with challenging professional situations, such as working with difficult colleagues, reacting to conflicting demands, approaching career changes, improving your work-life balance, etc.
This is about developing your role as a consultant. Whether you are just starting out or have already gained several years of experience, we will reflect on your role and explore further potential for development based on your needs. Alternatively, we can reflect on new options concerning counseling or advising based on your specific cases.
I coach you in preparing designs for events that meet the specific needs of the participants so that you can work clearly and confidently with your groups. You will also get to know a variety of possible designs for your practical needs. Tried-and-tested facilitation hacks can help you craft an environment in your meetings that makes people engage with joy.
The role of leader, consultant and facilitator can be very lonely. For the duration of our coaching, I act as a companion to your professional activity. You can discuss difficult situations, upcoming decisions, challenging emotional situations and other relevant topics with me.
Through my appreciative and critical external perspective, you will see your habits in a different light. Supplemented by short, practical theory sessions, you will recognize the difference between helpful and less helpful behavior even better. You will discover new ways of acting that you can apply readily.
You share experiences from your day-to-day work for which you would like support. Equipped with practical tips and recommendations, you will return to your workplace, try out what you have learned and gain further experience. On this basis, we develop further targeted actions in the next coaching session.
As a consultant and facilitator with many years of experience, I am happy to share my expertise. We map these experiences to your needs so that you can build on them in your consultancy sessions, meetings and events.
